The DEI D-Mat Advanced Thermal-Acoustic insulation is designed for under head liners, doors, package trays and other areas. Extremely lightweight and pliable, D-Mat is the perfect choice for these areas. At only 12mm thick, compressible and pliable, D-Mat can be used in even the most difficult areas to insulate providing thermal protection and keeping your interior cool. Made from a polymer blend with a scrim backing, D-Mat can be used in applications up to 325 degree Fahrenheit radiant heat while delivering up to a 65% reduction in heat. It's recommended for all high performance applications including show vehicles, project cars and trucks, muscle cars, street rods and vintage vehicles; most any application or location except for the floor where Boom Mat's Under Carpet Lite (Item Number 050110) is preferable.
