The 1 S2 houses a 13.1 x 8.8mm CMOS sensor and the EXPEED 4A Image Processor offering high speed hybrid autofocus and up to 20 frames per second of continuous shooting. The 14.2MP sensor and an ISO range of 200 to 12800 allow for clear, detailed, color-accurate imaging even in low-light conditions. In addition, the 1 S2 features Full HD 1080p video at 60 frames per second. Simultaneous capture allows you to shoot stills while recording video and switch back to video at the touch of a button. For looking at your photos, a 3.0" TFT color LCD with 460k-dot resolution provides composition and playback viewing. The 1 S2 also includes a pop-up flash when lighting conditions call for extra light. The 1 S2 is compatible with all 1 NIKKOR lenses and this kit includes the 11-27.5mm f/3.5-5.6 compact zoom lens which is a great lens for day-to-day shooting as it provides a focal length that runs from 30-74mm in the 35mm format.
